You have a great idea for your space and need railing that fits just right.
We can make that happen!

HOW TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM PROJECT

Using our custom quote builder, you'll tell us a little about your project, select your options, and get an instant quote — no hidden fees. But before you dive in, check out the step-by-step custom ordering guide in the dropdown menu below. It will make your ordering process even easier.

If you have any questions along the way, we're here for you. Don't hesitate to give us a call at (855) 701-9048.

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

We want to make sure that what shows up at your door in several days is exactly what you need. Through our Custom Project & Quote Builder, you'll measure your space, create a quick drawing of your project to share dimensions, and select customization options or upgrades.

Before we get started, make sure you have the following:

  • Measuring tape
  • Pen
  • Paper
  • Phone camera or printer/scanner

If you have those items and are at your project location, we can get started.

Step 2: Measure & Sketch Your Project

2.a: Measure each side of the space and the length of any stairs you want your railing to go along. Make sure you:

  • Round all measurements up to the nearest foot.
  • Note any corners where railing will meet.

2.b: Then, complete a simple, labeled sketch of your space, like this one:

We don't need a work of art! But we do need to see each segment of railing and how they come together to ensure we meet your project needs. Don't forget to keep your sketch handy for your own reference when building.

2.c: Once your drawing is complete, take a clear picture of it with your phone or scan it onto your computer. You'll upload this when you go to the custom quote builder page.

Step 3: How To Select Segment Options & Customizations

Note before you start selecting:

On the quote builder page, you will need to make selections for each segment of railing in your project. Each straight portion of railing along a side or stair is considered one segment. For example, the sketch shown in Step 2.b has 6 segments. Note that a segment cannot include both horizontal railing and stair railing—those need to be treated as separate segments.

After making selections for one segment, click “Add Segment” and it will be added to your cart as one item. Then click “Add Another Segment” when you are ready to move to the next one.

When you are done adding all your segments, you can click “Check Out” to view your cart and confirm each segment is correct before placing your order.

If that all sounds good, and your project sketch is ready, you can start ordering!
